Shipping methods

Our company is working with the company Tachidema which undertakes to send the order and deliver it to your space. Courier will contact you if this is deemed necessary to book a specific appointment for the exact delivery time if it will not be able to find you.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours or the next business day if there is stock in the warehouse Otherwise we will contact you either by phone or by email about when your product will be available.

Shipping costs for up to 2 pounds are:

• For within the city €2.00 and €0.70 for each additional kilogram.
• For land destinations €2.10 and €0.70 for each additional kilogram.
• For island destinations €2.20 and €0.70 for each additional kilogram.
• The additional services/surcharges are as follows:
  – Cash on delivery: 1.00€
  – Remote areas: 2.00€
  – Saturday delivery: 2.00€
  – Possible replacement of the same shipment: 2.50€

• Cash on delivery settlements for within-city shipments are processed in 1 business day from the day of delivery, and for city-to-city shipments in 1-2 business days from the day of delivery.
• The above prices do not include VAT 24%.
• For services not mentioned in this proposal, the charges of the respective official price list at www.taxydema.gr apply.
