Online Order
You can order 24 hours a day through the safe environment of our online store. All you have to do is sign up by entering your details and shipping address. You can then normally proceed to your online orders.

Your order payment methods are as follows:
1. By cash on delivery
All the amount of the payment is paid to the courier employee at the time of the parcel delivery. Payment on delivery costs 1.30 € for city deliveries, land destinations and island destinations (an amount always included in the final price of the order).
2. By deposit to a bank account
By ordering through the website and selecting a "deposit to a bank" payment, your order is waiting until you make the deposit. In the bank depository you must list your name as a reason. Immediately after depositing and for faster execution of your order, you can send us the bank depository by e-mail to and if your information is crossed by the accounting office, your order will be sent within 24 hours or the next business day. The deposit of money to the bank must be made within 5 business days of the date of the order, otherwise your order is considered canceled.

Shipping methods
Our company is working with the company Tachidema which undertakes to send the order and deliver it to your space. Courier will contact you if this is deemed necessary to book a specific appointment for the exact delivery time if it will not be able to find you.
All orders are sent within 24 hours or the next business day if there is stock in the warehouse. Otherwise we will contact you either by phone or by email about when your product will be available.
Shipping costs for up to 2 pounds are:
- For within the city €2.00 and €0.70 for each additional kilogram.
- For land destinations €2.10 and €0.70 for each additional kilogram.

General terms of return
Returns are accepted within 10 days of their receipt, with a return to eshop.
The product to be returned in the condition received, that is, to be complete, without damage, its packaging is the one that normally accompanies the product, including all labels/cartridges, necessary documents, etc. and in any case not used.
The product to be returned to be accompanied by the relevant purchase documents (retail receipt or change card).

Purchases made with gift cards or sent as gifts can be changed with other products and cannot be redeemed by cash.
Returns that we will receive beyond the terms of our policy will not be accepted.

Place the product or products in their original packaging to protect themselves during transportation and return the parcel with a carrier of your choice and at your own charge, we recommend that you do the shipment by registered parcel or courier to avoid it risk of theft, damage or loss of your parcel. The products to return are at your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they are properly packaged and have been sent to the correct address.

Orders are shipped daily (Monday - Friday). The packages sent via the TachidemaPackages usually arrive at the recipient within 1 business day for Athens, 1-2 business days for mainland Greece, 1-3 days for island areas, and in some cases for small or remote islands/regions, 1-4 days. (The delivery time is indicative, refers to business days from the date of departure from Athens, and may vary depending on circumstances). Deliveries of packages by the courier are made every day except Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.
In any case, we are not responsible for any delays that are not due to us. If you have ordered and wait for a parcel, if you have not received it within 4-5 business days please contact us.
